RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY


Any product purchased from Tooth to Tail and returned less than six (6) months from the initial purchase date will NOT be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and may be returned for any reason. Any product more than six (6) months beyond its initial purchase date will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Any product more than one (1) year beyond its initial purchase date will not be accepted for return.


PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT LESS THAN SIX (6) MONTHS OLD:


STEP 1

Call our customer service department 800.696.5348 and let the representative know you want to return a product.


STEP 2

The representative will need to verify the product was purchased within the last six (6) months and will need to look up your last order using your LAST NAME or ORDER NUMBER.


STEP 3

Upon verification that the product you wish to return was purchased with the last six (6) months, you will be given a full refund of the product purchase price and any sales tax charged on the product. YOU WILL BE ASKED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE TO PROVIDE A REASON FOR THE RETURN. Please note Shipping Charges cannot be returned as the shipping carrier is an independent entity and does not offer a return option.


PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT LESS ONE (1) YEAR OLD:


STEP 1

Call our customer service department 800.696.5348 and let the representative know you want to return a product and ask to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA). Please have the following information available when requesting an RA:


  • Your LAST NAME or ORDER NUMBER
  • Name of Product or the SKU # for the product
  • Quantity of each product being returned
  • Reason for the product being returned

STEP 2

Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Credit will be issued only for items declared at the time of receiving the RA number. Items shipped in a return package that were not declared on the RA and/or do not correlate to an RA number will not be processed. Additionally, credit will not be issued for items not included in a package that were declared at the time of receiving an RA number. RA numbers will expire after a 30 day period. If it has been over 30 days and items have not been received, a new RA number must be issued by calling our customer service department at 800.696.5348.

We recommend that you ship the package by an insured carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. Tooth To Tail is not responsible for lost packages or product damaged in shipment. Please make certain that all product is packed sufficiently to prevent damage.


STEP 4

Our Returns Department will receive the returned package and identify the customer to be credited by the RA listed on the outside of the package. The 25% restocking fee will be assessed and any credit due will be applied to the proper account. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.


ADVERSE REACTION PROCEDURE


Tooth To Tail products use only the highest quality ingredients and our products have been used by customers with no adverse reaction. However, in the unlikely event your pet experiences an adverse reaction please discontinue use of the product and contact your dental professional. The QA/QC team at Tooth To Tail is interested to know about any adverse reaction regardless how minor it may be. Tooth To Tail makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied (either in fact or by operation of law), with respect to the products, whether as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or any other matter, except in the case of products made the subject of a proper return as stated in the Tooth To Tail Return Policy. The buyer's sole remedy for any claim against seller of any kind, including but not limited to claim of negligence or claim of liability based on a defect, whether discoverable or latent, with respect to any product furnished to buyer shall be limited to the replacement of goods or credit against future product purchases.
